SPREADING A PASSION FOR THE SUPREMACY OF CHRIST IN CAMEROON
We are the Davi Family - Timothée, Abigail, and Calvin. Welcome to our website. We are preparing to serve in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
Our mission is to spread a passion for the supremacy of Christ in Cameroon through theological education and the local church.
We know of no missional work that is more strategic right now for the Church. If you want to know more about why we are committing our lives to this project, read our "The Need" section in our "about" page.
We would love for you to consider partnering with us for God to be glorified in Cameroon.
COMMENDATIONS FROM AFRICAN PASTORS
Dieudonné Tamfu - Director of Bethlehem Seminary - Yaoundé and pastor at "église baptiste Bethléem" in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
"The church in Cameroon is hungry, but many of her pastors only feed themselves on the flock. Most congregations gather just to be told to sow seeds (give money) to the man of God so they can prosper. As a result, most believers are shallow and many believe they are believers without true faith in Christ for their salvation. The need to training ministers in both English and French in Cameroon is high, and Timothée is one whom God has equipped with sound theology, a very godly life, and fluency in both French and English. There are few like him. I am eager to labor side by side with him for the good of the Church and the glory of Christ. Kindly consider supporting him."
Paul Rakoto - Director of the "Réseau Transafricain de Formation" and pastor in Madagascar.
"I had the privilege of working with Timothée as part of the 'Réseau Transafricain de Formation', an organization that provides training for grassroots pastors in French-speaking African countries.
Timothée has a very solid theological background and competence. His commitment to the Lord is sincere and selfless. These qualities are all the more necessary for the theological training ministry our brother is about to undertake.
May the Lord use Timothée's ministry with Abby his wife and Calvin their son for the maturity of the Church in Africa."
Sié Daniel Kambou - Head of the Training Department of the "Réseau Transafricain de Formation" and pastor in Burkina Faso.
"The time I spent with Timothée revealed to me a man who loves the Lord deeply, and is dedicated to His service. His knowledge of the Word of God and the fundamental truths of the Christian faith was excellent, and he was skilled at passing them on. His openness to others and his humility have particularly impressed me."
Africa is the future of the Church, the future of humanity, because Africa is very open to Christ, and Christ is the future. To protect Africa, the Church must educate.
